Happy weekend! Now that it’s November, Christmas card creating really gets going! I hope this series of post has helped you out this year.
I really wanted to continue this series through the end of November, but I’m having surgery the week of Thanksgiving. Unfortunately that is usually the week I make my desk calendars for next year. Since I’ve lost that time, I need to start working on them on the weekends. There is no way I can make enough cards for each post, and the desk calendars. I will keep making Christmas cards, and sharing them here and on Instagram.
Ok, now that I have broken the bad news, let’s get back on track. Concord & 9th’s Ornamentals stamps and dies. Sorry about the pictures, between day light savings and the rainy weekend, I had no luck.
I’m starting with the new cards I made.
Background: Concord & 9th Dotted Fill in stamped on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White with Altenew Ruby Red ink
Sentiment: C&9th Lets Be Jolly Dies, die cut from Lawn Fawn Pixie Dust cardstock and MFT Wild Cherry cardstock.
Embellishment: White Blizzard Nuvo Glitter Drops, the top of the ornament is from scraps of silver foil cardstock.
Card Base: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 110 lbs cardstock, die cut to match the ornament shape.
Background: MFT Wild Cherry cardstock stamped with C&9th Woven Stripes stamped with Altenew Ruby Red.
Sentiment: C&9th Merry, cut from Wild Cherry 4 times and adhered with liquid adhesive. I added Versamark ink to the bottom of the sentiment, and heat embossed it 4 times with Hero Arts gold embossing powder
Embellishment: Ornament die cut from a panel of Neenah stamped with C&9th Gingham Background and Ruby Red ink. The stitches were added with Versamark and Gold embossing powder. The deer is from C&9th Furry Friends, with Kraft cardstock, and C&9th Gold glitter cardstock (the ornament topper too).
Background: Neenah stamped with Ruby Red and Delicata Golden Glitz ink using the stamp from C&9th Peek Through Patterns.
Sentiment: C&9th Happy Holiday’s Labels die, cut from C&9th Holiday Foil pack.

Card Base: Neenah.
Background: C&9th Snowflakes Turnabout stamped on MFT Tickled Pink cardstock, using Altenew Pink Diamond ink.
Sentiment: C&9th Merry die, cut from C&9th Tutu glitter cardstock. Christmas from Mistletoe Messages stamped with Delicata Pink Shimmer on a Neenah
Embellishment: Ornament, cut from MFT’s Candy Land patterned paper. Ornament topper from scrap silver foil cardstock.
Card Base: MFT Tickled Pink.
Now, lets look at some older cards, starting with this cardI shared last week, the Mistletoe Messages post.
This set was the base for my 2017 Christmas cards. I didn’t buy a whole lot of sets my first year, and this set was so versatile. I hope these help you! It’s neat to see how my card making has changed over time with these post (as well as my photography skills lol). I’m sorry I won’t be able to continue these post like I had hoped. Time just got away from me.
Thanks for stopping by, and sticking with me through these long post!
