Simon Says Stamps Wednesday Challenge

Hello and happy Monday! I have a quick post, to share the card I made for this week’s SSS Wednesday Challenge. This week, the challenge was to use tags (or make tags) and the featured products were Simon Says Stamps.

 

My card:

I used Concord and 9th’s Sprinkle Turnabout stamp, stamped three times. Once each with Candied Apple and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide ink, and once with Versamark ink and silver embossing powder. I used the tag that comes with the Sprinkle Bundle to add to the center of the card with foam tape.

The rest of the images are from CZ Design’s Coolest Yulest set. I stamped “Merry,” with the Candied Apple Distress Oxide ink and tried to heat emboss with Wow’s hologram powder. Most of it came off.  I die cut it and addd it to the tag. I stamped “Christmas,” in Gina K’s Christmas Pine ink. The raindeer from Coolest Yulest was stamped with Lucky Clover Distress Oxide ink.

I added a red ribbon to the tag, and some Lucy’s Cards Disco Ball jewels. The card base is MFT Wild Cherry.

This was a pretty quick card. I already had the background (I made a whole bunch weeks ago in preparation for making Christmas cards).
