Welcome back! Today I am sharing the card I made for Lawn Fawnatic’s Challenge # 14- Happy Little Critters!
Well, I don’t know if you can call bears “little.” You have to admit, these guys are adorable though. I went a little “Clean and Simple,” on this card.
I used the little and big bears from Lawn Fawn’s Dad and me stamp set. I die cut a window with MFT’s Square Peek-a-boo Window. I took the square die cut from the inside and I blended regular Distress inks in Bundled Sage and Tumbled Glass for the grass and sky. I stamped the mountains in Lawn Fawn’s Hippo ink right on to the little background panel. The bird stamp is from Hero Art’s June kit.
Once I had my window done I taped it into my card front and then adhered my bears with fun foam. Then I adhered the card front to a MFT’s Sno-Cone card base. I stamped the sentiment from the Dad and Me stamp set with Altenew’s Jet Black ink.
I really like how simple but cute the card turned out. Seems the theme for me this past weekend was clean and simple. We’ll have to see where it goes 🙂
Thanks for stopping by!
